For the price of the room it was very nice. The room was clean and had lots of useful things for the beach in it like towels and beach chairs. The electrical features in the room were a bit weird and probably not up to code but they all worked once you figured them out. Overall it was great!

Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.
