This is the second time in a row we stayed here. Awesome spot, centrally located to all the nice beaches and snorkeling spots. Can't wait for next year! We will definitely be staying here again. Even with no air conditioning, it was amazing!

Very clean well furnished property, the light inside the refrigerator went out, I couldn't get the fan too turn on in the guest bathroom. It was a beautiful place in a great location. I would stay here again.

The location is great. Yes, it can be a little loud sometimes but that happens when you're in a good and lively spot. I was skeptical to stay someplace without AC but the fans and screen door really cooled things down. They have coolers for beach picnics, beach towels and everything else you need. Some things could use an update (bathroom rugs) but overall we were super happy and comfortable in this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. Condo had all we needed to enjoy a great time and had all you need to have a day at the beach. The management was responsive. No AC but with the slide door open and the fans on, it is very nice and cool.

In all my travels, I have never had to go to a portal to get my check in information. The check in info needs to either be in the body of the email or made MUCH more clear that there is an additional step. Check in was painful for me BUT they responded quickly and even got us into the condo a bit early. After that, it was smooth sailing.

Clean Had all the beach stuff: chairs, coolers, umbrella Sharp knives in the kitchen (never find this in a vacation rental) Location is choice. It’s not quiet (road noise, people’s music driving by, soccer pitch next door) given its location right downtown but it’s steps to great dining and farmers market Any location this close to ocean is going to quickly show effects of salt air and that is to be expected. If you’re looking for modern luxury, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for authentic local Kona, this is is it. 10/10 would love to stay here again.

It’s difficult to get into the property and room. We needed to open the elevator key first, but we couldn’t receive the code number soon from them. Therefore, we needed to contact them many times to receive the code key for elevator and code number to open the door of the room. Bath tab had a plumbing problem and we informed it. After we left for the tour, they asked us to leave the elevator’s key. Why they don’t have a spare key? When we leave the property day, we couldn’t open the elevator’s keg box. In addition, every night some bar, next our condominium, played music and sing songs so loud until 3:30 am! Therefore, we couldn’t sleep well.

The appliances were all in pretty poor condition. The fridge was so wet inside from some sorry of condensation issue that the produce drawer had 2 inches of water in it. The microwave door had to be slammed to close. The ceiling fans have a 1 hope max timer, in an apartment without air conditioning. The floor fan quite working in the middle of the night. Location was good, near shipping and tourist stuff. Apartment was clean. however the worst thing is NO SECURITY ONSITE. A bunch of kids had a party in the tennis court until 4 AM the first night we were there. Blasting music the whole time. I wouldn't stay there again.
