"The room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators hard to bring up heavy luggages. The room was ok nothing to impress not modern appears old. The Building looks like it needs remodeling, there was cracks and holes. The living room Tv didn’t work, sink needs replacement. Overall ok place Would not recommend"

"The resort is well maintained and close to the ocean. It is far enough away from Kailua-Kona that it feels secluded but close enough to shopping and activities. The villa was very clean and we had a pool and hot tub right outside the room. They offer 1 or 2 bedrooom options with certain views with a full kitchen and living area and washer and dryer. "The grounds were well maintained with historical and natural features. The apartment had all the necessities for kitchen, bath and outdoor fun like beach towels. Each room is very quiet and perfect for privacy. I am not sure if every apartment has them, but our apartment had a small cooler for our beach days! It was perfect. So many awesome beaches w/in walking distance or 30min drive! Had full laundry set and soap! Went home with clean clothes. It is a peaceful property and all staff we came...
