"The Schlosshotel is in an excellent location in the Inner Stadt area and very walkable to key monuments, shopping, restaurants, etc. The hotel staff are friendly with 24hr desk service. The facility and rooms have all amenities needed; coffee, water and treats in the lobby and espresso machine in the rooms. Overall, the hotel has classic Viennese styling which is nice, but could use some minor updates to rooms to improve rating. "
