"　夫婦で初めての草津温泉でした。 スタッフは皆親切で気持ち良く過ごさせていただきました。 食事は、普通のバイキングで品数は、決して多くない感じ、ステーキは、ちょっと美味しくなかった。"

"酒店有專車在巴士車站接送來回，對於有行李的旅客非常方便。房間很乾淨和新，空間亦很大，很舒服的住上。酒店內有私人風呂，只是2200 日元，可以預約獨立浸溫泉。早餐環境和食物都不錯，而且價錢很合理。"

"4人での家族旅行でした。ベットルームとトイレが2つづつあり、快適に過ごせました。 大浴場のサウナと岩盤浴が使えなかったのが残念です。"

"This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend"
