"The Western breakfast buffet was good, and there was also an option to have a Japanese breakfast in the Japanese restaurant, which was very good too. The room was really well designed and clean. The gym was just ok, and if you wanted to use the pool or hot tub it was an extra charge."

"The room we had was very clean and well equipped. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Our room also had a view of mount Fuji, which was an added bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto the ajoining enclosed terrace area."

"The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room. We were able to get the bigger room without charge only by talking to the manager. We showed that we booked via Expedia with all the details of our party correctly filled out. The onsen with a view of Mt Fuji is very beautiful. "
