"The room we had was very clean and well equipped. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Our room also had a view of mount Fuji, which was an added bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto the ajoining enclosed terrace area."

"The staff are friendly and multi lingual so they're tourist friendly. It has all the basic amenities and it's really close to Sakuragicho Station, Pia Arena and Minato Mirai! "

"Cool lil’ hotel- up the hill from the restaurants and bars plus the lil alleys with small bars- walkable though! Had to take a taxi to get there from the station, it’s a bit of a trek. "
