Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. The apartments are comfortable and the AC is fantastic! You won't be hot in these apartments. "The hotel itself is very modern and located very centrally. However the walls are paper thin which makes for an extremely noisy stay. They also make you leave a 50RM deposit which is very annoying as i was flying to Singapore after my stay resulting in having a 50RM note in my wallet on the way to the airport. "
