"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

Breakfast selection is pretty wide but the reminder every 5 minutes that breakfast is ending at 10am whilst eating was a bit annoying. Pool facilities are great but mostly filled with backpackers with day passes, I think there needs to be more exclusive parts for hotel guests because it did feel like a hostel at the pool area. "Pros: Beautiful view. The grounds are lovingly maintained and lush. The staff are hardworking, attentive, and friendly. The main highlight of this venue is the food, which is truly world class. Amazing breakfast with incredible french toast. If you value fresh and local ingredients, the quality here is hard to top. We would have loved to do the cooking class but did not get the time to.
