"Wear non slip shoes!! Most importantly safety. The tile in the entire resort is extremely slippery, including stairs! Staff does its best to keep dry, but that’s not enough. It’s a family friendly resort and I saw way too many slips and falls that caused injuries. Including myself. I now have 2 broken toes."

"We stayed in the overwater villa! Can’t say enough good things about this resort and room. The staff was incredible, made us feel right at home the moment we got there. The food was great, drinks were delicious and resort was beautiful. They were cleaning the property every hour to make sure it was in great shape. We did go during slow season so some pools were being worked on but that’s understandable. 5/5 stars and we will be back."
