"This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The facility is gorgeous, activities non-stop, and the staff is incredible. Gina was our personal concierge and she treated us like family. We spent an exceptional amount of time conversing (in spanish and english) at the bar with our favorite bar tenders (Irving and Efrain) and they were so fun and friendly. The beach volleyball lead by Sina was also epic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for an incredible and relaxing vacation with wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!"

"We had such a great vacation at this resort! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained daily. The staff was always attentive and friendly, helping with every and any inquiry or request we had. Servers at the many restaurants and buffets were absolutely lovely! Kind, enthusiastic, playful and ready to joke and laugh! There were only small issues I would say. The sargassum, that even the staff said was a lot this year and they were always trying to clean it up, made it hard to enjoy the beach. The many pools made up for that though. But one thing I would point out is that the pool water was a bit warm for our liking. In the midst of a hot day it would be nice to climb into cooler water, but it was all still very enjoyable. The bartender at the swim up bar we visited looked like he was swarmed with people and could have used an extra person there or two, but it could have just been at that moment. He still handled it really well and a great attitude. With how hot it was that day especially, he did great!! None of this took away from our trip experience however and our whole group loved every moment!! We’re so greatful to everyone at the resort for the attention and service!!"

"Pools where excellent and service on them was exceptional. Had access to all of Xcaret parks including transportation, all you need is your bracelet and you have access to all parks, transportation and food. We stay in 5 different rooms for 6 days and unfortunately 1 of the rooms the tv was not working on the left side of the screen and was not able to order in room service because that's the side the menu appears. (We need to order room service for my 81 year mother in law that was on her rest day after 2 days in the parks and you cant take food from the restaurants to the rooms because you suppose to have room service if tv is in working condition) also the phone for that room was not available on the first day."

"We enjoyed our stay 4/5. There were some amenities and services that were advertised that we would have during our stay that we did not receive but overall it was an enjoyable stay. While we did go during low occupancy there were a few dining options but it left us slightly desiring more. while there was ample options in terms of food choice, authentic latin food was not among them. I felt like whole burgers, pizza and pasta are nice I expected to enjoy REAL authentic latin food I would not get back home in the US. We had a concierge who was very nice but once we turned down the presentation option to "buy in" we didn't hear from them. We did not have a butler, aroma therapy for our room nor the pillow menu upon arrival. Trivial things that were not a deal breaker but a little disappointing . All in all a good stay but I can't say it would be our first choice in and all-inclusive resort vacation."
