The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "I cannot imagine staying at a better ryokan. The property is beautiful and immaculate. The staff ran to greet us on the street and was very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Miyu was our incredible hostess and she was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room comfortable and clean. I hope we have an opportunity to return."

"It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner. "旅館の質は申し分なしでした。大浴場はお茶の香りがする温泉で良い心地でした。 旅館を出て信号の先にコンビニがあり、便利です。 ベルーナドームで観戦しましたが、行きは近い立地で最高ですが、帰りは西武山口線が激混みなのでなかなか乗れなかったので近くて遠い感じでした。それ以外は本当に泊まってよかったです。"

"夕食で提供された食事の内、豚のしゃぶしゃぶがとても美味しかった。豚肉の旨味が明らかに普段スーパーで購入しているものと違うのがわかる。何と言う豚肉なのか聞いておけばよかった。"
