"We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali by IHG. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. After arriving from Lombok at around 9:00 am, we knew standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm, so we expected a long wait. To our delight, the team managed to prepare our room and offered us access by 10:00 am at no extra charge. After an early journey, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The staff's flexibility, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and offers great value, but it was the outstanding hospitality that made our experience memorable. We would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali to anyone visiting Bali and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team for making our holiday start so perfectly! 🌴😊"

"Beautiful hotel - gardens, pools and rooms all lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The health club area is amazing - beautiful adult pool area, and quiet spaces galore. Loads of activities offered at hotel like Pilates ,yoga , aquarobics , bike hire and stretch classes. Highly recommend."

"Better than i expected. The best things here are the pool(s), closeness to airport and shops etc, good prices for food and drinks. Also a good family atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable but old. They need to update the old press pads for lights. All are completely worn and a lot of ours didn't work."
