"Stayed here for 3 nights. It's really isolated and quite far from the town centre, but they do provide free transfers there. You likely would need to get a private driver as you can't really get gojek, grab or klook pick ups from here, so if you arrange a driver from the airport, best to just hire them as a driver for activities nearby. "The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway"

"Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "

"Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."
