"The staff was outstanding! Malak made the checkout very easy!
The room was clean. The only thing I could suggest is a longer shower curtain. The one in my room was really too short to let the water run into the tub.
But it was a great stay, and I’ll definitely look at choosing Hampton Inn for future stays."

"This is a huge hotel but not completely updated and they tried to charge us for parking at a rate of $10 dollars a day but they clearly had a sign that said parking was a courtesy to the guest of the hotel. Would like to know who was just pocketing the fees to park. Other guests were smoking Marijuana in their room across the hall from us with children in the room with them. Did let the woman know that was going on at the front desk several times. I don't think we can honestly recommend this...

"Its pretty far out from the main town. If you are looking for nice stay in a decent area, this is not the one. We were there for just 2 nights and I thought repeatedly why would I book this again. Bad neighborhood. The only thing is its comparatively cheaper than other hotels. Don't fall for Sonesta name. They refused to give us breakfast the only morning we were in citing power cut issues."

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"We liked the hotel host, free coffee, the room was okay, clean, but the lighting in the room was not good, air conditioner was very cold,adjust temp to low. AC still stayed cold. The worst part was the very old used hallway furniture, chair and sofa had fleas, we got bit a lot. Our family would sit and play card gamea, but we had stop,due to the flea bites.The gym and out door pool was great. If you toss out that old hallway furniture. We would consider staying again.
It is close to the IAH Bush...

"Has been my primary place to stay. Due to this hotel meeting my expectations, I do not test or try others as this place has truly been consistent for the last 2 years and I’m here bi weekly.
