"House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The heater in ground floor got very loud noise after few hours central heating been turn on. Need to turn up the heating,(e.g. from 0 to 2, from 2 to 3)to stop the noise. There were high pitch "beeps" from ground floor which woke everyone in house at 3am and 3:30am on the first night. Sounds like the smoke detector but we were not sure. However,...

"The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (although we always ate out or got takeaway during our stay). We'd be happy to stay here again. "The room was clean, but in need of some TLC. The lights did work, when the receptionist was told she came fiddled with the light bulbs, eventually they came back on. Once turned off they would not come back on. Very much felt that was an issue the hotel knew about, but had not fixed. The staff at breakfast were not welcoming. When the breakfast came the bacon and black pudding were not fully cooked. The sausage was poor quality and very peppery. Rather disappointing. Will not be staying again."

"It was a pleasure staying here, and I would definitely come back. The place was exceptionally clean—honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The only downsides were the pillows and the bed. The pillows were too firm and thick, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!"
