"The main entrance and parking is on the East sidel and the check-in counter is on the West side which is not Easley accessible. Very poorly laid out hotel. The thermostat in the room did not work."

"The hotel was under renovations which made things quite difficult. Accessibility and noise were factors. Upon check in, we were given our keys, only to realize they had only given us keys for one room (when we reserved two). I had to return to the front desk to resolve the issues. We did complain and were offered breakfast. I told them we had to leave earlier than breakfast time and they said they would compensate us some other way. I was told when we checked out the front desk would handle it,...

"The smell on third floor hallway was overwhelming. We had to hold our nose and run to our room. There was no room service for our entire stay. The hallways and staircases are old and overall inside looks terrible. The breakfast was good. The toilette in the room is so low and old, it hurts your knees. The staff need to make a serious update to the rooms."
