"i didn’t even stay an hour. there was mold all over my room, hair in the bathroom, feces on the wall, a hole in the ceiling and didn’t look like the pictures at all. When i went to go get a refund they told me they couldn’t give me a refund and when i showed them the pictures they said they shouldn’t be giving me a refund but they will. they only gave me a partial refund and charged me for the first night."

Air conditioning unit blew cold air directly over bed. Tried without AC, but room was too warm. Could not get comfortable. Room phone rang twice during the night awaking us, too! "Bugs in the bathroom and in my bed. Expedia was of no help. I wanted to leave but the hotel said they could do nothing since the manager wasn't in. Expedia told me to watch my email. I waited forever and there was no contact -- nothing was resolved. The front desk clerk moved me to another room. I slept in my clothes. They said it was difficult to be rid of bugs due to the lake behind the property."
