"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular.
Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive.
The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2...

"We booked a room at Penn’s View about 10 minutes before arriving, after another accommodation fell through, and we’re so glad we ended up here. Every person we encountered was genuinely lovely, from the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were just finishing our room when we arrived, to the hostess, our server, and the rest of the team at the attached restaurant.
Our room was charming and clean, with the character you’d expect from an older hotel. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, and...

8.6 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (1.893 ulasan)
"The location is wonderful, and we have stayed at this hotel several times. But it has really gone downhill. Only one elevator out of three was working, so there were long delays because the cleaning staff as well as guests had to all use the same elevator.
