"We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. "Coffee hard to come by. Only 2 cups in room and asked front desk for more and they said housekeeping would drop some off - never did. Pool closed for repairs. Called guest services multiple times for coffee cups and no answer. Had to leave hotel to find coffee nearby. Buffet breakfast fake eggs, no access to water or juices, no waffles or pancakes. Terrible table service. Clean hotel - thats about it. "

"The room was decently clean. The beds were clean, but the floor was a little dirty. There is daily housekeeping. The price was excellent for the time and that was the major selling point since it was also near the expo center. It is located directly under the airport landing path, so there is air traffic noise. No issues with safety or parking."

"Nothing felt safe about this place. Don’t stay with a child of any age. Homeless and people clearly on drugs living in the elevator and all around the parking lot. I missed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Super outdated no working outlets. Unfortunately we only had 6 hours to eat dinner/sleep and get back on the road or we would’ve left. Hair on towel when unfolded, stain on sheet. Hot water and water pressure for the shower we great though. People puking in the parking lot in the...

"The breakfast was delicious each day. Something new, good for more adventurous eaters or people looking to step a little back to the past. The bathtub was beautiful and perfect for a romantic weekend away"
