"ダイビング目的。 梅雨入りしあいにく滞在中はずっと雨。初日夜数時間曇りに。 寝るだけなら狭いけど清潔感があり良い。 夜に曇りになり、テラスにあるバスタブからのゆったりお湯につかれたのは、とても静かで落ち着き癒されました。 洗濯機も200円で利用しましたが乾燥機はないです。 蚊が沢山いるので、虫除けスプレーが宿に置いてありました。助かりましたが、部屋にも蚊が入ってきてしまいかまれましたが仕方ないですね。 ハナムロのスタッフさんが色々と親切にしてくださり助かります。 チェックアウトの日、雨が酷く出歩けなかったのですがチェックアウト時間をフェリー時間まで延ばしてくださり、部屋にいる事ができました。こちらも大変助かりました。ありがとうございました！"

"This was one of the best experiences we have had traveling! The staff was so friendly and so nice and willing to help with everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The hotel was also an easy two minute walk from Aharen beach and less than that for a walk to the store and island restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this more! We will hopefully make our way back here some day in the future."

"This hotel was highly rated in all aspects but did not live up to majority of its standards. We arrived about 2015 hours as our flight was delayed, upon arrival we did not receive a welcome drink (Expedia said we should be receiving) and we were starving so we asked if the restaurant was open on the hotel as we just wanted to eat and relax after a long day of travel. The front desk said yes and the last serving is at 2100. we headed straight there before even heading upstairs to the room, once...

"The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village."

"Very clean modern hotel with helpful, courteous staff. It's close to a monorail stop and a short walk from Kukosai Dori. There's also a stacked car garage (for a fee) if needed. Rooms are cleaned daily with comf beds, effective ac, balcony, safe, etc."
