A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates.

It’s in a weird area with strip malls and an Amazon distribution center, nothing to walk to. And we were annoyed about the $20/car/day parking fee, which was not really noted - Expedia “fine print” says it may be charged for “extended stays,” but we were there only one night and it was required! ...

Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel
On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it ...
