A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates.

Hawthorne Hotel
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also went to The Tavern located in the hotel for dessert at the end of the day, which was also very good. Great location. Would definitely stay here again

People nice, breakfast good. Elevator broken during our entire stay Sat-Wed. Bed comfy. Bathroom configuration too small, should have made foyer smaller and bathroom bigger, very awkward to get out of shower. No place to hang towels. Complimentary shampoo very tiny, women may need two.
