"Elevator was working on the day of check in and after that it was out of service. They did not fix it the next day or two. I was given the room in 5th floor and i had to use stair for all 5 floors to carry breakfast and luggages etc every day for almost 4-5 times(stayed for 2 days). While checking out, i carried suitcases from top floor. TV channels was no working inside the room. I used the cast only. It would be great if i can get any refund."

"This place is suffering from poor management and economic issues. The soda machines were inoperable, depleted housekeeping staff, the continental breakfast was non existent, and their was stereotypical behavior ( dark skinned bigotry). I wouldn't recommend this place, eventhoughy room was clean. I wouldn't recommend this placem I give it a 3/10"

" Rooms were spotless clean. Our beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing was the location, there was a bunch of crazy,wacky men walking on the sidewalk back and forth so kept watching my SUV all night! But everything else was awesome!"

"The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with. The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did. We had a good stay, but immediately upon arrival you will realize that there are many rules to abide by or you will lose your deposit. It became a running joke between all of us during our stay. We were actually very careful to try to do everything correctly so that we would not lose the deposit. We took very good care of the home.
