"Only stayed for one night as in the area for business purposes. Had an evening meal in the bar area and the food was excellent. Room was clean and nicely decorated with all amenities provided. Staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast was superb in the morning although I did not have much appetite early on I wouldnt have gone hungry if I had been ready for food. " Everything about our stay was perfect, the food was delicious, the room was beautiful and our hosts looked after us from the moment we arrived. The whisky snug was a great way to finish our evening after a fantastic meal. The refurbishment of the inn has been done to such a high standard - it was really stunning. "What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "We were meeting friends to go to the Highland games and there were little lodging available at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned about the bothies based on earlier reviews but we all loved it. One friend was very tall and in a bothies with lower ceilings so they offered a different one but they didn't mind. We all enjoyed the wood stoves, the environment, and the beds.
