"Since I graduated from W&M, I've always wanted to stay at this place. No doubt it has a great location. But my disappointment started as soon as I arrived. No one outside to tell me where to park or help with bags. Walked in to a long line of people trying to check in with only 1 person working. The room itself was in need of a renovation. The restaurant and bar close early. Not what I expected. I won't be back."

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers."

"I specifically booked this room because Expedia site said it had a hot tub. I was between this and a restaurant that had complementary breakfast and I chose this one just because of the hot tub so I was pretty disappointed. "

The staff was all absolutely amazing, everything was spotless, and their breakfast taco/burrito bar is, hands down the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. My kids also had a blast in their indoor saltwater pool. We were there every morning and every night. I couldnt recommend a hotel more!"

"While affordable, this hotel was not the best. Elevators were slow, so we often used the stairwell, which was quite dirty with clumps of dirt throughout. Would be easy enough to just get someone out there with a broom to clean it up. Breakfast was very disappointing - powdered eggs, no fruit to be seen, and lackluster sausage. Our room wasn't in the best shape either - with the ceiling by the shower looking like it was getting soggy."
