"It was a last minute booking. I had a very long few days and just needed to relax, choose this room because it had a King bed. Check in was easy but when I got to my room it was 2 double beds. Called front deck and was told they didn’t have anything else available, it was almost 11pm at this time. Only thing they offered me was to comp my $6.95 parking fee. Very disappointed in there resolution."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception and other staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for the three of us and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable during a few hot, humid days. Finally, we enjoyed the plentiful morning breakfast offerings in the dining room, and found the food manager Eric to be particularly kind and attentive. Would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others planning a trip to Kingston."
