"We stayed at this hotel from March 12–16 and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Our room on the 13th floor was spacious enough for five people, even with multiple large suitcases. The bathroom was big and well-designed, though the toilet wasn’t separated and had a slight odor when flushed—bringing a spray helps. The TV had limited channels (around 10), but it provided useful updates like laundry and breakfast status. No smart TV features...
