"Dated furniture and decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, you wouldn't think you were only yards from a main road. Ample car parking. Bus stop just outside main gate with plenty of buses into city centre. Breakfast was excellent. "

"There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again."

"Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp "

"So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

"I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties."

"Less than 5 mins walk to City Square so perfect location. Checkin was so easy with staff so polite and helpful. They informed us we had been given a free room upgrade which was not only ideal but most unexpected. Room had a well equipped kitchenette bedroom and bathroom facilities all so clean. We had in all a wonderful weekend at the Chambers and would definately recommend a stay there. Big thank you once again to all the staff for making our stay so special.
