"I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

"Perfect location, as it's very close to the train station as well as the deer park. The room had everything you needed and a very comfortable bed. The communal ktchen area was excellent and again has everything you could possibly need and also a lovely eating area. Everything was perfect. The host was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here."

"This location is absolutely stellar. Very close to fabulous markets and easy access to multiple stations. Although the property offers basic amenities and the rooms were a bit small, we had everything we needed - including a free washing machine with dryer (expect the clothes to be slightly damp when finished as this is typical in Japan).
