"It is a very attractive double bayed Victorian property, with pretty gardens front and back. The interior decorations were up to date but reflected the age and style of the house. Our room was very comfortable and the amenities within the room were great. Breakfast was lovely: cooked beautifully and well presented. We would definitely stay with Dave and Liz again."

"Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. I sent her a few potential places to help us choose where we should stay and we were so pleased she helped us choose a great place at no.12! We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked...

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."

"We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location."

"The Oak Inn at Staplow is a really nice place to stay. Very friendly, Food is lovely, Our room was clean lovely comfy bed. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits. Breakfast you choose what you wanted and it was all cooked fresh for you. Great Place glad we found it."

"Probably one of my favorite UK stays. I booked the morning of as a bit of a spur of the moment decision. The price was absolutely fantastic, the room that I got could not be beat. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. Jess the supervisor was an absolute gem. The food is great, if I’m ever in the area again I will absolutely be staying here. Can’t recommend it enough!"

I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"Had to change to a room with a shower only for disability reasons. Fire alarm close to 10pm didn't help because it was freezing cold outside in the meeting point in th parking lot. Not a fault of the hotel, but thermal blankets from the fire brigade would have been nice"
