"The only problem I would warn other guests about is the lack of parking at the hotel. Yes, there is a car park over the road but, for anyone with a lot of luggage, that will take extra time and energy to carry / push it through the underpass. Otherwise a great, if short stay, thank. you."

"Bed was comfy. Air con didn't adjust but the window opened a bit. Enough space. Breakfast was pretty good. Bar was nice. Didn't eat here - suggest lots of restaurants nearby."

Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week later. Again told manager would call back. No call. No refund. No accountability. Just pass the blame. Absolute shambles.DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT!"

"Bit of a trek to some of the rooms"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The room heater would shut off every night around midnight, leaving the room extremely cold. I stayed for 5 days, and this issue occurred every single night. I messaged the landlord multiple times but received no response. I also informed one of the staff members in person, but nothing was done to fix the problem. Additionally, the kitchen was not clean—there were garbage bags left on the floor, which made the space unpleasant to use. The downstairs bathroom also had no hot water during my stay. Overall, it was a very poor experience for both me and my friend, who stayed in the upstairs room. The lack of basic amenities and unresponsiveness from the host was very frustrating. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was clean and tidy but the heating was not working and we had a plug in radiator wbich just about kept it warm and the bathroom needed a bit of modernisation"

"When we arrived there was not enough bedding but a phone call to the host who arranged for the housekeeper to come round within half hour sorted it all out. "

"Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation. Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking. They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them. Expedia shouldn't allow this!"
