"The hotel itself is great. Conveniently located next to the Convention Center and Arena. Easy to access via the bus to/from the airport. Breakfast was good as well. Room was quite spacious, with all kitchen appliances, large and small. However, a part of my room was quite dusty and affected my sinusitis."

"The key lock system wasn't working. The rooms need to be renovated. The grounds are not kept up. Not good for any extended stay."

"Great hotel and great access to the convention centre for conferences. The area does not feel the safest or greatest, so having the overpass tunnel between the hotel and meetings was a great bonus. I imagine this would also be appreciated in the winter months. Designated hotel parking spots are very limited so most visitors used other spots within the same lot. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Paper thin walls, can hear people going and coming all night. Beds super uncomfortable not level so every movement made the bed thud on the floor. Floors were coming up in spots."
