My room was en-suite (unusual for student rooms). The person on the reception made me very welcome. Use of a kitchen: fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. was very welcome, as was the tea, coffee, milk provided."

"The apartment was brand new and clean. Sadly, though, we weren’t able to enjoy our stay at all. Due to space limitations set by Hotels.com, I can only share the worst of the reasons here.
We reached the building at check-in time, jet-lagged and exhausted. We hadn’t slept for 40 hrs, as we’d traveled on an overnight flight from the US and then taken a train. We weren't able to enter the building. We’d not received the access codes by email yet, and no one was answering at the phone # listed in...
