"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

"I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after."

"I had a great stay at the 8 Quadrant apartments in Hoylake over the weekend. Communication with the host (Alex) was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We did have a little hiccup with the key retrieval but was able to find a solution not long after. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was also ideal—just a short walk to the train station (literally across the road), which made getting into Liverpool city centre super easy. Would...
