"Had a weird smell inside the room, bathroom floor was dirty, along with the lamp shade had some kind of nasty looking liquid spilled on it. No hand soap to wash your hands with. Looks amazing on the outside just kinda bad inside. For $140 for a one night stay it was not good. "

"Breakfast was a little salty, and you have to pay about $8 for it, but it got the job done, and there was free coffee. The staff was wonderful, check-in was at 3pm and checkout was at 12pm. It was a great experience. "

"The graduate is a fun place to stay especially if you are a Vols fan. I really didnt care for the eating expierences. The menu in the bar was limiteed as well as the breakfast. I prefer traditional dining opportunites. But other than that its great!"
