They were doing construction above our room for most of our stay so that was loud but luckily only during the day. The pools are lovely, but at times had multiple kids in it. "We had a wonderful time at Layana. The transportation from Krabi airport was very much appreciated. It was very hot in Thailand while we were there and the pool was great, we spent hours around it and in it. We rented a scooter to drive around the island, Traffic was limited and we felt safe driving them around the island, Layana recommended the Turtle Beach resort for dinner and it was very good. "Tucked away nicely up the hill, felt very private, quiet and a perfect place to watch the sunset from the private pool on the villa. Even though it’s away from the beach, there are plenty of hotel provided free shuttles, and also just as easy to book a cab with Grab (around 85 baht each way!) One of the most picturesque places I’ve been, with fantastic views across the whole of the wider Ao Nang area. Would very definitely stay here again!"
