"We loved this resort. The bungalows were very spacious and clean. It had a nice porch to have a coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods. The resort had several dining options. We tried a few and loved them all! The pool was very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was delayed in Hong Kong and the contacted the airline many times to make sure we got our luggage as soon as possible. We hope we can come back to...

"The best stay we’ve had on our trip! The room was cozy and beachy. The pool was pretty quiet and on the beach it was great! We loved spending all day by the pool and by the swim up bar. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here. Location was amazing as well! "
"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day.
The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it.

"PP Princess is a gem, perfect location right on the beach. Great villas. Close to everything but far away enough not to be disturbed by the cool beach bar clubs next door.. so calm and comfortable.. if you like cats, there is a bonus.. the hotel cats are well cared for and they are adorable. "

"I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service. "
