"This hotel is magical. It’s small and spectacular, with the nicest staff and everyone was so welcoming. We loved our stay so much and I would highly recommend. The room was gorgeous, pool was amazing. Location is perfect- peaceful and beautiful. We loved the cliffs. We watched bats leave the caves at desk and rock climbers. The food was delicious. "The hotel is right in the action, main road with the bars, restaurants etc on one side and the beach on the other. Very handy but very noisy, you can hear the music from the bars at night and all day the motors from the boats coming and going. Hotel is rustic (basic). Not the chilled beach hotel we thought but good if you want to be in the centre of everything and don’t want to get cabs."

"The hotel was completely misrepresented compared to the listing. The photos give the impression of a peaceful beachfront location; however, in reality the property is situated on a busy strip with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning and starting again shortly after. This made it extremely difficult to relax or sleep, significantly impacting our stay. We were initially placed in a room with a balcony overlooking a car park, which did not match the expectations set by the listing. After raising this with staff, we were moved; however, the new room—although offering a mountain view—was directly on the main road and was extremely noisy. Overall, the hotel is presented as a relaxing, “paradise” destination, but in reality it is more comparable to a loud, party-style hotel. This is a clear misrepresentation of the property and falls well below what was advertised and what we paid for. As this booking was made through Hotels.com, I am asking you to review this case and arrange appropriate compensation. Given the circumstances, I believe a [full / significant partial] refund is justified. I have supporting evidence, including photos and documentation, and would appreciate a prompt resolution."
