"The SAII village was a 2 night stay as part of our honeymoon trip to Phi Phi. On arrival, we had our luggage taken care of, sat in reception with a fresh pineapple juice drink and a cold towel (lovely after the boat ride over). "We’ve stayed here on two other occasions and will probably stay again. The only issue was there wasn’t any hot water for our shower. Location is great. Breakfast is good. "

"We liked the location - could still slightly hear the bass music - but we were on the top floor. Earplugs helped and we slept great. Low water pressure and iffy showers because they're on demand and electric. Nice pool area. No elevator - but they will help you carry your bags up. I liked the decor in the room - sensual and woody."

"Overall - We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend for others. We hotel is in a very good spot with a lovely pool, small outside gym and a view of the quiet side of the Phi Phi Beaches. If you can, I would absolutely recommend a room with a sea view. The hotel rooms were nice but the bathrooms could do with some updating. I felt this was the only area which was not up to scratch in the room. One thing to note and this doesn't fall on the hotel itself but the ongoing parties in...

"Sufficient but not great. The room was generally clean but the sheets were old and you could see traces of old stains. This particular room was on the ground floor with a window looking into the hall. Location is good, near lots of nightlife, but it may be a bit loud as a result. Note that there are limited check in hours, we arrived about 21:00 and someone had to call someone else to come and bring us the key. "

"This was not a nice place to stay. It is more like a 20 minute walk from the pier up a steep hill! It was not clean, the beds didn't push together and the room has 3 singles when we booked a double. All the sheets had stains on them and only had 1 sheet and a thick blanket which was very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, it was a wet room which was mouldy and dirty. The shower only worked on cold and didn't have a holder so you had to hold it to shower properly. The worse thing was the air...

"Wot a dump ... all rooms have not been used and never cleaned .. mosquito net that have never been cleaned ... the rooms smell bad .. ac not working ... we stayed for 1 night but could not sleep because it felt like we were getting bitten in the bed by some thing ... bedmites I think ... dangerous staircase to the top bungerlos that had broken treads ... this is a no go zone .. and breakfast , well , they just gave us scrambled egg on toast and diddant even ask us what we wanted .... "
