"Room was fine although don’t see the point of a kitchen if you don’t provide equipment and utensils. Pool area is just awful. Cramped, lack of sun loungers and permanently in the shade."

"The pictures were along time in the past, we booked for 6 nights and only stayed 3, because we payed in advance we were not entertainment at the property with a refund,as this was a once in a lifetime holiday for our 40th wedding anniversary it was so disappointing, Our room was on the second floor 10 to 12 feet away from the boundary overlooking a building site doing groundwork, there were other smaller things wrong that made our stay not worth staying for the duration. The noise from early morning to cement trucks late in the evening. Twice we were told to talk to the manager, conveniently he could not be found and the second time he was in a meeting. In general this is one of the worst places i have ever stayed and would advise you not to spend your money on this hotel."

"Staff lovely on arrival but seemed short staffed in the rest of the hotel and restaurant. Ate dinner at the restaurant and food was served very late and cold (other guests complained). Sunbed situation was not normal for a 5 star hotel. There are not enough for guests and some are reserved all day without management removing any towels "
