"The hotel was fairly new so everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very nice, but their English was a little hard to understand. Also the breakfast menu felt limited after two days. The beach was wonderful and the pools were nice. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the infinity pool because of our young child. As long as an adult accompanies the child, they should be allowed to use the infinity pool."

"This was our second visit here. We love the kitchenette since we like to stay in for breakfast. The fold-out sofa is great although we didn’t need it. 7-11 very close by as well as other stores. On-site garage a huge bonus. We loved it!"

That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket. Also the breakfast is top notch as well;) "
