The attention to design extended to the grounds which had water features, including ponds and small swimming pool. It was located a block from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. "So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket.
