"Getting a washer or dryer took a very long time because people would either forget about their stuff or add 60 minutes. Would be helpful if there was a basket to put someone else’s clothes, so you could take your turn (give a 10-15 pickup window or it goes in a basket). Breakfast was fantastic!"

"I really loved the hotel, the interior is very well decorated and planned out. I stayed in a Japanese style room, everything was clean. Couple things I wished were different was I wished the tv slanted a little so you could watch from your bed and I also wish a vanity are as well, not dealbreakers at all though. The staff were very sweet and helpful throughout my whole stay. The breakfast food options were also very good and not typical hotel’s breakfast food, the food tasted fresh and there...

"I booked this hotel because of positive reviews... Convenient location but that's about it. Firstly, housekeeping was very sloppy. I came back to a dusty room, items on the floor by the bedside table, no amenities refilled, or cleaned yukata (despite mine was taken away). I asked twice about luggage transfer and was told to bring my luggages down for assistance. I took them down the day before checkout. I was told I had to fill out a form, which is fine, although I wish I was made aware of...
