"We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week. We did not rent a car and were fine without one. We could walk to a nearby plaza where there were restaurants and a grocery store. We took two snorkeling tours that departed right off hotel property. We enjoyed Tuesday food truck night and the Farmers Market. The pool was nice and the kids liked the slide. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "Kona is too citify we want a more rural surroundings "

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
