"The room was the most poorly equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Very few kitchen utensils, tiny skillets, tiny coffee pot. No food storage bags or covered containers. Rusty freezer. The outside facilities were nice, clean pool and hot tub, nice gas grills. Not enough umbrellas for shade. Stayed in E3, below street level. Would not recommend."

"Recently, my husband & I stayed at a condo name Casa De Emdeko in Kona, Big Hawaii Island for 18 days. It was a clean and beautiful place where we were able to relax, unwind and rejuvenate while exploring the island. We loved the view from the lanai, cool air from the air conditioner, and the beach chairs & the cooler, for a beach picnic, that were available in the condo. "The condo was dated. 2” Ceramic tile counters kitchen and bath. Wall to wall carpet dirty. Old kitchen appliances. Limited kitchen ware. Expect to bring everything, salt, plastic wrap, supplies. No beach chairs. Patios outside were nice; views from all windows were exceptional. Pool was comfortable with lots of loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. We had no contact with any staff, except friendly gardeners. "

"Our stay was not at all as described. We thought we were getting an ocean view with laundry. Instead we had to cross a road for both a view and laundry. Will not return or recommend."

"For the price of the room it was very nice. The room was clean and had lots of useful things for the beach in it like towels and beach chairs. The electrical features in the room were a bit weird and probably not up to code but they all worked once you figured them out. Overall it was great!"

"My parents and I stayed in room 309 for 3 nights. Overall, we have a great vacation time here. Good: 1) Great location, walking distance to the restaurants and grocery stores. 2) Extraordinary views from the lanai, even better than expected. Although we live in the north-facing room, the side view of the ocean is also great, and the lagoon and mountain give more diversity. 3) Provide everything we need, from a fully equipped kitchen to all of the beach supplies. Great for a family...
