"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."

"The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. They offered beach chairs and pool noodles for the nice pool. Had the pool to ourselves most times. Loved to be able to walk out and see the sunset every night. The room was nice. Loved having laundry and a full sized fridge. The fridge had some rust and the pull out bed had some kind of sand or...

"We loved our ocean and pool view lanai! We would have preferred the ocean pool was the “quiet” pool (there are three pools on the property), and the “quiet” pool is next to the pickleball courts. Within just a few days of our visit we were informed of an additional fee per night for A/C if requested. This information should have been included in the original ad. If it was there, it was buried in the weeds as we didn’t see this upon booking."

"We arrived early and there was no option for early check in. The keyless entry was frustrating and very inconvenient. They provide a 9 digit code you must use to get on an elevator, open doors on the property and enter your room. That’s very inconvenient when traveling with kids and no one can remember the code. The water was also turned off to the property during our stay with no means of showering, cooking or using the restrooom. There was no communication regarding this shut off and again...

"The balcony overlooked the lovely pool area and had comfortable seating to relax. The room was a good size and had great tv/living room seating as well as a table for meals. The kitchen, though tiny, was well equipped and worked easily for the two of us. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but also was sufficient for our needs. "Prefer they clean the room daily, also need to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper, paper towel etc. Also in order to get new towels you need to bring the old dirty ones to the Front desk to get new clean one."

"This condo was clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen. The grounds are kept will manicured. The pool & hot tub also very clean. We had a pretty good storm while staying there. The mgmt company stayed in contact throughout wroth updates. They are fantastic to deal with. "
