"We loved our stay at Queen Anne's! The hotel's ambiance is fabulous! We enjoyed the sherry and cookies from 4:00 to 6:00 each day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our only issue was the pullout bed/couch was not very comfortable. We did get a rollaway bed at no extra charge. Thank you!"

"They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city."

"Excellent hôtel. Très propre et bien situé. Le transport en commun passe juste en face de l’hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant. Le stationnement est un peu cher ($55 la nuit) mais facilement accessible."

There is a coffee machine in the lobby that also serves hot chocolate. The hotel is walking distance from Union Square, Muni trains and most bus lines. Being able to store your luggage before or after you check in is a plus. The staff was great and made for a smooth stay. "

Desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly, personable and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk into the attached coffee shop for caffeine and a breakfast sandwich.
