"1) Start with Hotel staff are rude
2) Reception desk staff do not know the local language Kannada. They want you to speak only in Hindi Unacceptable
3) Room is ok with open windows which does not block street traffic noise, could not sleep all night
4) Reception does not accept valid non Indian ID card, they insist on ID issued by India
5) Breakfast buffet is a joke, just had stale Idly and mediocre food.
6) Over expensive for the amenities provided.
All in all avoid unless you have...

Suggestion: The swimming pool seems to have a lot of non- swimming activities around the pool- restaurants, party space etc. would be nice if swimmers have a corner/ space and privacy."
