"Short stay at Short Stories (2 nights). Great location across from the Farmers Market and the Grove. Nearby buses gave easy access to the museums and the tourist run near the Chinese Theatre. Hotel courtyard is very charming and atmospheric."

"We spent 2 nights at Dunes hotel in L.A. It was very close to BLS International office were we had an appointment to get our schengen visa to Europe. We booked the standard room which it was nice with wood floors, white bedding, white clean towels etc. Dunes inn is not fancy, actually we got a real key instead of a card key but it is a descent, simple and clean place to sleep in. "The property exceeded our expectations. Nice room, pleasant staff, daily happy hour, nice restaurant and rooftop pool. Only thing, non paying people were allowed access to pool and often they occupied all the lounge chairs by the pool..for hours! Seems like they should be reserved for those of us who were paying customers. It was expensive to stay there (but I think that is the norm) but the location was terrific! We walked everywhere and did not rent a car."

"I liked the staff and very easy check-in. The exterior is nice and well kept. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. What I did not like, was the room I was in(which was nice in size)was not fully clean. There were children’s markings all on the metal bedside drawers and writings on the table. The wood floors were nice but not thoroughly cleaned. Towels appeared clean but were very stiff. And bathroom tub had black molding. All this room needs is a very nice paint job, replacing...

"My stay at the Palihotel was short, but such a positive one. Everything from the cozy comfortable bed to the spotless rooms made it easy to relax right away. The location was perfect, the snacks selection was a great touch, and having secure parking made things stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. "I randomly booked a room in Elan as it was close to the event I was going. I am very pleased with the hotel and it’s now on my fave list for when I’m back in the area. It is less than 3 mins away from Beverly Center and walking distance (less than 10 mins) to about 10-15 restaurants. Very nice staff: front desk were super nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff are very nice and courteous. Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. even though I was on 1st floor, didn’t have any noise issue....

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms.
