"I was given a room with a bathtub surrounded by moldy grout. When I Informed the front desk, I was told it would be dealt with the following day. When I returned to my room the following day, a sloppy replacement grout job was done with no time allowed for the grout to cure. I asked to be given a different room. This finally happened at 1030PM the second night of my stay. This experience made me decide to not stay at this hotel again."

"This is my first ever hotel review.
When I lost my key, the older receptionist guy asked me "how many guests are staying there?" What a weird thing to ask. There was no guest staying there, that's none of his business.
Also, no microwave, small fridge, etc in the room which I normally get at other relatively cheaper hotels in Manhattan. The younger receptionist offered to hookup a microwave for $30.
Their elevators are crazy slow.
Oerall, too pricey for the quality offered."

"The room was incredibly clean! It’s sucha beautiful hotel. I highly recommend getting one of the penthouses and enjoying the view. Loved my little weekend getaway there. The staff were friendly, the restaurant on the ground floor was also really good."

"The property is a bit odd. There were rooms on our floor that made it feel like a halfway house. Unlocked and they looked like people were living like hoarders in the hotel. "TV streaming did not work, no fridge in room, place was rundown and way way way overpriced.
I would label this place as a 1 to 2 star hotel. You do have a bathroom in your room, at least there is that.
Staff were not helpful in resolving problems. Hunters of dollars later for a single night stay/sorry don’t cut it."

"Way too small - no wall space at all. No shelf space in bathroom. Weird, slow flush in bathroom toilet. Towels didn’t look super clean. The worst part in addition to all of that is - Super loud drilling and construction work happening right outside window - with was placed by the facility and was in the hotel itself- which was very disruptive to sleep.
