"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Wow - beautiful hotel on the hill. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had both breakfasts and dinners there - all was excellent. The pool is small but well equipped - and the steam room and sauna also great. A brilliant time was had and though you are further outside krakow it was less than 10 pounds in a uber. We will return !"

"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"My stay was really good. The room was very spacious. It was very modern and clean. It was close to a lovely park and the National Museum. It was close to a bus stop which takes you to the airport. I would say that it is about a 40 min walk to the Old Town which did not bother me. "

"Was für ein wunderbarer Ort! Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel unweit der Altstadt (10min zu Fuß) in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem zu machen. Es fühlt sich an, wie gute Freunde zu besuchen - trotzdem hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar! In der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnküche werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! "

"Absolutely amazing 7night stay at The Crown Krakow Center. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu. Added bonus of the 3 tier stand with salad, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit which we very much enjoyed."

"The best hotel i have ever stayed in anywhere or ever. Thought it was an apartment, ended up two rooms with connecting doors. Kids in one room, adults in the other. Well equipped, clean, peaceful, good nights sleep. Highly recommend. Central to the Old Town. Not expensive either. Would definitely stay here again, I never say that about any hotel."
